Shipping Policy
All shipping prices listed for each individual product is correct and based on Standard Ground Shipping (2-5 business Days). Final shipping cost is based on product ordered and destination. All shipping costs for printing and sign making will be separate from the products available on the website.
TRACKING
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation your order was successfully placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it is available, or when your package has been shipped.

LOCAL DELIVERY is available for all customers within 10 miles of the Lakewood, CA. $0-$75 Delivery Charge and delivered in 1-3 Business Days. Please call or email for details.

All returned items will need to be shipped back to

Return & Exchange Policy
I am glad to work with you on any project until we are all on the same page and you love the final product.
PLEASE make sure you read and understand all the specifications listed for each product or mentioned in your formal quote/estimate. If you have any questions or changes, please make sure I have addressed them all before moving on to production or printing process. Please feel free to give me a call with any questions. I am glad to help.
DAMAGE / RETURNS
If a product is damaged during shipping, please email a picture and information about the damage to Steve@StevenTalaveraDesign.com for a full refund or exchange for a new product shipped to you at no cost. Returns are available before 30 days of receiving the product. You will need to pay return shipping cost for a full refund at the product only.
NO RETURNS on any custom orders or decorations, printed paper products or signs and banners. All sales are final once an order is approved with a proof that is emailed before production and shipping.
NO REUTRNS on any items marked as ON SALE, ON CLEARANCE or REDUCED PRICE.
PLEASE CHECK ALL PROOF CAREFULLY.
If a proof is approved with errors and sent to production, you will be responsible for 75% of the cost. NO EXCEPTIONS.
